Call Centre/ Telesales Advisor

Due to increased business our client is looking to recruit Call Centre/ Telesales candidates for their new offices based in Lincoln.

Our client a family run business already has existing offices in Lincolnshire but due to customer demand now requires addition staff for their B2B Appointment setting company.

Duties:

· Responsible for pipeline management

· Organising own diary

· Booking qualified appointments for clients from many different industries

Ideal candidates:

  • Out-going/bubbly personality
  • Confident and friendly
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Previous call centre experience advantageous
  • Must be used to targets and want to strive for success
  • Be able to achieve a minimum of 2 booked appointments per day

Core hours of work are 9-5 Monday to Thursday with a 2pm finish on Friday

Full time or part time hours are available

Salary £8.50per hour + commission paid on each appointment

Free parking is available

Excellent progression is available
