InterQuest are delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join a leading Retail organisation in one of their UK head offices, where you will be responsible for processing insurance claims and registrations for 3rd party customers. This will involve conveying claims decisions and arranging the fulfilment of claims whilst ensuring continuous delivery of exceptional customer service.

Customer Service Agent Responsibilities:

  • Process customer requests, registrations and claims consistently and accurately applying internal processes where necessary.
  • Ensure customer queries are resolved 1st time every time through all mediums.
  • Provide effective interface with all customers, working within guidelines to ensure all customers are treated fairly.
  • Contribute individually and within a team to ensure agreed standards are met.

Customer Service Agent Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Confident, positive and enthusiastic persona at all times, putting the customer first at all times and able to identify clear opportunities for improvement.
  • Able to build good rapport with all customers/colleagues and maintain relationships.
  • Good repute for the purpose of complying with FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) requirements.
  • Good level of knowledge with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and written.
  • Possess a high level of accuracy in their work.

Customer Service Agent Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Awareness of FCA regulations.
  • Previous customer service/call centre experience.
